Weveware (the “Company”), the provider of Nottie (the “Service”), values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This Privacy Policy explains how the Company handles your information in connection with your use of the Nottie service.
01 Information We Collect and Use
The Company does not collect personal information for marketing or advertising purposes, and processes only the minimum information necessary to provide the service.
- Account sign-in — You sign in with a Google or Apple account (Firebase Authentication). Your email and password are handled by Google/Apple; the Company does not store them separately.
- Entitlement management — If you make an in-app purchase, we store your account identifier (UID) and purchase records (product ID, transaction ID, purchase time) to manage your free trial and paid entitlement.
- PC monitoring data — Hardware information such as CPU/GPU usage is processed directly between your PC and the app (peer-to-peer) and is not collected or stored on the Company's servers.
02 Sharing and Processing by Third Parties
The Company does not sell or arbitrarily share your information with third parties. To operate the service, we rely on the following processors, each of which handles information under its own privacy policy:
- Account authentication — Google, Apple
- Authentication & data storage infrastructure — Google Firebase
- In-app purchase processing — Apple App Store, Google Play
03 Retention and Deletion
Your account identifier (UID) and purchase records are retained for entitlement management while your account exists, and are deleted without delay when your account is removed or upon your request. Where retention is required by law, such information is kept only for the period required and then destroyed promptly.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your account information at any time. To delete your account and purchase records, please contact us at the address below and we will process your request without delay.

The Company processes only the minimum information necessary and maintains technical and administrative safeguards at the level required by applicable law to keep your information secure throughout operation of the service.
